Individual Coaching: 1:1 executive coaching sessions occur monthly for 50-60 minutes.
Virtual: Your leaders will enjoy the convenience of Zoom sessions.
Assignments: Our proprietary coaching methodology utilizes outcome-producing assignments to help your senior leaders master any challenge they are facing, followed by a debrief and next-step approach.
Assessments: We use supporting data from psychometric assessments to help your senior leaders become their own MVP.
