Janet Taggart, MBA, BFA

Founder, President, Principal Consultant

Janet specializes in empowering leadership transformation from the inside out. Applying her proven methodology, Janet inspires her clients to leverage their genius to develop their purpose-driven leadership brand. Her engaging methods challenge self-limiting perceptions, spark creativity, and generate passion for bringing one’s full potential to work.

After identifying and crystallizing the positive impact of an executive’s core strengths, she shows how to powerfully leverage those strengths to mitigate weakness and overcome challenges. Clients gain clarity on the future they want and learn how to deliberately empower themselves to achieve more than they thought possible, all while enjoying life more fully.

With broad experience in management consulting, executive coaching, assessment development and implementation, university-level academic instruction, and entrepreneurship, in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments, Janet is equally adept at facilitating team sessions and working with individual leaders and high potentials to achieve personal and professional goals.

Janet holds a BFA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Utah Valley University, where she graduated at the top of her class and served as President of the Alumni Association.

Linda Linfield, BA, MA

Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Consultant

Linda specializes in executive leadership development. Working with her, leaders and aspiring leaders achieve breakthrough personal and professional results. Known for her candor and direct approach, Linda facilitates higher levels of self-awareness and self-mastery. She inspires leaders and high potentials to accelerate achievement of personal and professional aspirations.

Drawing on extensive organizational transformation experience and communication expertise, Linda has effectively coached high-level decision-makers for more than two decades. She is particularly effective with leadership and management teams across geopolitical and cultural boundaries, including extensive experience in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.

With a background in Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention, Linda has become a trusted advisor and coach for succession planning, strategic planning 360-degree feedback, employee engagement, change management, performance coaching and management, and organizational communications.

Linda holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications from Brigham Young University, where she subsequently taught strategic planning and writing courses. She is certified in facilitating and leading workshops using proven leadership approaches, tools, and strengths-based psychometric assessments. She has masterminded and led customized leadership programs in more than 30 countries.
